We believe in clarity and fairness when it comes to payments.

• Enrollment is confirmed only after full payment is completed.
• Payments are made per course, not per individual session.
• Full refund: Request within 3 days of registration, before the first class.
• 50% refund: After classes begin, for remaining unused course hours.

These guidelines protect your learning time and experience:

• Maintain a professional and stable learning system
• Protect your reserved class time
• Help teachers deliver focused, high-quality lessons
• Ensure fairness for all students

• Grace period: 5-10 minutes allowed.

• Notify us 12-24 hours in advance to reschedule.
• Classes missed without prior notice are considered completed and cannot be refunded or rescheduled.

A limited number of reschedules is allowed per month. Repeated last-minute changes may cause a class to be counted as completed.

To get the best results:

• Attend classes focused and ready to learn.
• Active participation is encouraged.
• For children and beginners, camera usage is highly recommended to improve interaction and learning quality.

Your time matters to us. If a teacher is unable to attend, the class will be fully compensated and rescheduled at a time that suits you.

Our courses are for educational and skill-development purposes only. We do not guarantee specific fluency levels or results. Alphabet Arabic Academy is not a government institution, and our courses do not replace formal degrees.
